There are Two Plans Available

•   Flat  Rate:  12 cents per minute - no monthly fee

•   Monthly Fee:  $4.95 and 7 cents per minute!

Both rates apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and time is billed at a minimum of 18 seconds per call and rounded to the nearest six seconds thereafter. A call of 24 seconds will be billed at 24 seconds. Most other carriers round off to the next minute. 

 Calling  Cards

Both plans come with an optional calling card. The billing rate is 24 cents per minute and  NO monthly fee to use the card.
